The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) has received an application from Alkor & Co LLC for consent to the acquisition of 100% stake of Taber Trade LLC (Podruzhka’s holding company). This information appeared on the FAS website on Tuesday, October 26. Alcor & Co is the operating company of the L’Etoile perfumery and cosmetics chain, founded by Maxim Klimov. According to its own data, at the moment it includes about 900 stores in more than 200 cities of Russia.
