This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No.152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 on Personal Data and sets forth the procedure to process personal data and actions to protect the personal data at: https://www.urves.ru hereinafter referred to as the Website).
The use of the Website services means unconditional consent by any Website visitor (hereinafter referred to as the User) to this Policy and the terms and conditions to process their personal information specified therein; if the user does not agree with these terms and conditions, the User shall refrain from using the Website services.
  1. GENERAL
1.1. In this Policy, the User's personal information means:
1.1.1. Personal information provided by the User when registering (creating an account) or when using the Services, including the User’s personal data. The mandatory information required by the Services shall be specifically marked.
1.1.2. The data that is automatically sent to the Website services when using them via the software installed on the User’s device, including IP address, cookies, the User’s browser (or other software used to access the services), User's hardware and software specifications, access date and time, browsed web pages, and other similar information.
1.1.3. This Privacy Policy shall only be applied to the Website at www.urves.ru, and the Website at www.urves.ru shall not control and shall not be responsible for third-party websites visited by the User via links available at www.urves.ru.
  2. PURPOSES OF THE USER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
2.1. The Website only collects and stores the personal information required to render services to or perform agreements and contracts with the User, unless the law provides for mandatory storage of personal information for a period specified by law. If the User notifies of withdrawal of the consent to process personal data, the Website shall terminate processing the User’s personal data within 10 business days from such notice date.

2.2. The Website shall process the User's personal information in order to:
2.2.1. Identify the User registered at the Website.
2.2.2. Provide the User with access to personalized Website resources.

2.2.4. Track the User's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

  3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING AND SHARING
3.1. The Website shall store User personal information in accordance with the internal regulations on certain services.
3.2. The User's personal information shall be kept confidential, unless the User voluntarily discloses or publishes such information. When using certain services, the User agrees that some personal information will be publicly available.
3.3. The Website may share the User's personal information with third parties in case:

3.4. The User personal data shall be processed under Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 on Personal Data.
3.5. In case of loss or unauthorized disclosure of personal data, the Website Administration shall notify the User of the loss or unauthorized disclosure thereof.
3.6. The Website Administration shall take all reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful third party actions.
3.7. The Website Administration, together with the User, shall take all reasonable measures to prevent loss or other negative consequences of loss or unauthorized disclosure of the User’s personal data.
  4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
4.1. The User shall:
4.1.1. Submit personal data required for the Website use.
4.1.2. Update and amend the submitted personal data in case of any changes thereof.
4.2. The Website Administration shall:
4.2.1. Use the received information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy only.
4.2.2. Keep the confidential information confidential, refrain from disclosing it without the prior written consent of the User, and refrain from selling, exchanging, publishing or otherwise disclosing the User personal data other than those provided for by this Privacy Policy.
4.2.3. In order to ensure the protection of the User’s personal data during its processing, take all reasonable and appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to prevent unauthorized, unlawful or accidental access to the personal data, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of the personal data and other unlawful actions in relation to the personal data, as required by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006 on Personal Data:
4.2.4. Block personal data of the relevant User from the date of application or inquiry from the User or their legal representative or an authority for protection of rights of data subjects during verification, if unreliable personal data or unlawful actions are identified.
  5. LIABILITIY OF THE PARTIES
5.1. . If the Website Administration fails to perform its obligations and the User incurs documented damage, the Website Administration shall be liable under the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
5.2. In the event of loss or unauthorized disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration shall not be liable, if such confidential information was:
5.2.1. In public domain before its loss or unauthorized disclosure.
5.2.2. Received from a third party before its receipt by the Website Administration.
5.2.3. Disclosed with the consent of the User.
  6. DISPUTES
6.1. Prior to filing a court claim in relation to disputes arising from the relationship of the Website User with the Website Administration, it is required to submit a complaint. Within 30 calendar days from the date when the complaint is received, the complaint recipient shall notify the claimant in writing of the complaint processing results.
6.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.
6.3. The applicable laws of the Russian Federation shall apply to this Privacy Policy and the User's relationship with the Website Administration.
  7. MISCELLANEOUS
7.1. The Website Administration may amend this Privacy Policy without the User’s consent.
