In November, Unilever signed a direct contract with the distribution company Urves. Here is what Urves’ Chief Marketing Officer, Alexander Elfimov, says about the deal:

“Our company has been on the market for more than 20 years. We cooperate with the largest manufacturers of household chemicals and personal care products. It is no exaggeration to call Urves the leader in the FMCG non-food distribution business due to its steady and dynamic growth in a competitive market. We owe our achievements to the successful implementation of our strategy, a significant part of which is the development of direct contracts with manufacturers that are considered to be market leaders. Therefore, in 2019, we developed and signed contracts for Colgate-Palmolive, Beiersdorf and Energizer, and since November our assortment portfolio has expanded due to the popular products of Unilever. In addition to having the full range of products, the advantage of working under a direct contract with the manufacturer is our ability to broadcast all marketing initiatives. I am sure our customers will appreciate it. Of course, for us a direct contract with Unilever is a great achievement and another great victory. Many market players would like to receive this contract, yet now it’s given us a competitive edge.”

Now all the Urves customers have the opportunity to purchase certified products from Domestos, Dove, Rexona, Axe, CIF, Chistaya Liniya (Clean Line), Cherniy Zhemchug (Black Pearls) and other well-known Unilever brands.
